Location was great for in-out of Tucson traveler. Room was nice, big, very clean. Staff on check in was if-ie. Remote on TV would not work so tried second one...still no go because front desk didn't know it needed to be reset. The freeway noise was not a problem from my room, but neighboring room sounded like a construction crew until I called front desk @ 3:30 am. Except for noise, I would stay again...good value for $$.

Decent enough place. Close to I-10 so getting around the area was easy. Only real issue was a neighbor at 3:30AM decided to apparently get up (or come home) and start moving around and that included slamming drawers and cabinet doors and rolling something heavy around like luggage and using a blender type appliance. Unfortunately not the most sound proof rooms so that ended my sleep for the night. The next night I slept with foam earplugs and all was well.

The room was decent for the price. beds were quite firm with very thin bedspread. The a.c. and heat worked well. Having a kitchen was a plus, but I had to buy the dish scrubber and soap. Convenient to my work. Biggest complaint is receiving multiple harassing phone calls at all hours of the day and night. Had to unplug my phone for my sanity. When I finally got off work early enough to make it to the hours of the front desk to request a room change for safety I was informed all the guests were getting them and not to worry. It would have been nice to get a notice under my door explaining what was going on and that the police were working on it instead of having to be scared for a couple of days, so customer service doesn't seem to be their thing.

The first impression was very nice but when actually getting ready for bed my nightmare began. Lipstick on the small face towel, good thing I don’t need to wash my hair while here as they only provided 2 large towels for 2 people. The laminate floor looked clean so I took my shoes off, it is extremely sticky which continuous as a theme on the one nightstand, you can clearly see that the previous person spilled a can of sprite or so. Wiping the nightstand should be an obvious task every time. When asking for a couple extra pillows I was told they don’t have any (I stay at Motel 6 a lot and if there isn’t 4 pillows already, I always get more). The bed is right by the window and therefore AC/heater. It is not that warm yet, but we like to sleep with air on. I woke up at 2:30am being completely sick and my body aching and stiff from laying right next to the cooler unit. The room is large enough to move the bed in the middle of the room. This was supposed to be a nice weekend (we like to spend our money on good food rather than the place we only go to sleep at) but this is ruining it. Especially because I don’t know how I’ll feel tomorrow. The WiFi you pay $3 for won’t let you stream properly.

We've stayed here twice for the gem show. Its a great economical choice that we can--and do--recommend. No frills, but the room is spacious, has a small kitchen including a cooktop, decent sized fridge/freezer, and a dining table. More than adequate lighting and a good TV. The AC worked fine during the 80+-degree weather on our recent trip. Housekeeping delivered clean towels and picked up trash daily. I assume we could have asked for more if we'd needed it. The pool would have been nice if heated. If you have normal hearing, recommend asking for a room away from the freeway.
