  My second stay at a Studio 6 and both times were wonderful. I just wish there were more of these wonderful motels, as I would always use them. Keep up the good work!

  I always enjoy my stay I come out to Phoenix every year to see my son. I always reserve my room through you folks and see the price keeps going up. I am sure it is a sign of the economy. The front desk lady is always helpful. They always accommodate me and my room just right. I thank you for making my trip to AZ a pleasant one. I will see you next year. Have a great Year..   The service at the front desk was great. The clerk was very friendly. The room itself needed a lot of work. The towels and sheets were clean, however there were quite a few strands of hair woven through them from previous guests. The floor was in DESPERATE need of a deep cleaning. I took a shower and 30 minutes later the bottom of my feet were black. I laid towels down on the floor, just so I could walk around without getting my feet dirty. The bed was not comfortable at all. It was lumpy and I felt a few springs poking me in different areas. After our stay my husband read more of the reviews and was very uncomfortable with guests mentioning constant drug deals and prostitutes on the property. The location was good and the price of the room was decent for a one night, last minute room, but we won't be staying here again.

  Overall a great stay. Enjoyed the kitchenette, generally quiet neighbours. However I wish the hotel had a policy about turning the radio on loud after 11 pm. And also running a long bath after 11 pm. It's amazing how water running through pipes is so unnerving, especially when you've got to catch an early flight. The office staff was absolutely fantastic. What a great team they are.

  I have used their long term extended stay and have been happy. The staff is polite and helpful. So long as i continue to pay for two weeks ahead each time, i continue to get the good bi-weekly rate locked in that i first began with. The rooms are clean and nice. My bath vanity is generous for my items. The kitchen has a full size fridge, a 2 burner stove, microwave, full size drip coffee maker and sink. While the maid cleans once a week, i can get fresh towels or coffee or toilet paper by asking at the front desk. The property is kept clean and pleasant visually, with a nice drive up appeal for an extended stay hotel. A huge bonus for me is their acceptance of pets for a daily fee, to a maximum cap fee... with plenty of green and sidewalks for walking dogs. I am not as readily impressed with the laundry facility...as usually one or two of the 4 washers are not working, the cost per load is pricey and there is always a leak running on the floor from one if the washers ~ so i go to a local laundromat, instead. Not a huge deal for me. ♡
