  I went in for some new tires. I called ahead and made sure that they would have them in stock so the work could be done on the same day. Rather than doing what I requested, they called me saying they did a “free 21 point inspection”, that my car was “dangerous to drive”, and that they needed to do approximately $4000 in repairs. As someone who does my own minor repairs/maintenance and knowing the typical part lifecycle and replacement indicators, I know for a fact that they were grossly exaggerating the contrition of my vehicle, using fear in an attempt to coax me into a significant amount of unnecessary work. I declined the extra work for obvious reasons, and asked them to simply perform the services I requested. They told me my car would be ready at just after 8am the next day. I called at 9am, and they told me they were just now starting the work. I finally picked up my car at 11, and they charged me almost $750. for tires. Tl;dr I Don’t trust these people. They are expensive, unprofessional, and dishonest.

  Great place professional people they get you in and out as fast as possible and do treat your car as if it were theirs. Location is convenient I've been going to this shop for 15 years

  This place is horrible. Mismanaged. Poor Service and Poor Communication. I've been to other STS/Mavis locations that are much more professional. I've had multiple poor experiences here not just one. Tires not arriving when promised and work not being done on time! The latest experience has left me without my car for 2 days and I still have to cancel work that was to be done in order to get it back today!!! Went in for a blown tire and they required other work that now is left undone. I'll take my car elsewhere. This place is close to home which is why I used them but NEVER AGAIN!
