  This is a long overdue post, sorry Strive team for my delay. Long story short, working out at strive village is, by far, the best workout I have ever tried. Over the years, I have worked out at several different gyms, studios, CrossFit boxes, as well as trained 1:1 with various trainers, but nothing compares to a Strive workout. Strive pushes you to your max, and helps you achieve goals you never thought were attainable. The workouts are intense, with heavy weights and little recovery. Coaches and staff are beyond amazing. I’m incredibly sad I had to move because I miss strive workouts and my strive family! I’m still keeping my fingers crossed for a Strive - Houston one day! 😉

  As a former competitive athlete, it’s hard to find personal trainers or fitness professionals that provide the type of motivation, intelligence, and intensity that I seek. Strive village gives me all that and more. Not only have I seen tremendous physical gains, but my mental focus and toughness has never been better. The cost is the same as what any other personal trainer would charge and it is worth so much more. Strive is as advertised - an elite level workout that the gen pop can access. You are getting a workout with a certified strength coach, which is vastly different than any of the other methods out there. Having become a regular member, i never second guess the improvements I’ve made and will continue to see. The place is worth every penny and more and all of the coaches are amazing. While it’s tough for me to openly admit:), my Strive sessions are always one of the highlights of my day. I love the place.

  Looking for a great workout? You can get that anywhere. Looking for an experience that helps you dig deep and realize your full potential? That can ONLY be done at Strive. The trainers, facility, management, and workout regiment surpass all standards in the fitness industry. The workouts I have had here are the best and most satisfying ones I have ever had. I highly recommend this gym to everyone!

  Best personal training i have ever experienced. Be prepared to really work hard. Not for the faint of heart. If you stick with it you will not only improve your physical exterior but will improve your mental toughness as well. While hard, is also very fun, rewarding and great people. Can't speak more highly of this special place

  I cannot say enough good things about Strive. Each session is 45 minutes 1 on 1. The workouts are intense but when you are finished you feel stronger and better than you ever have before. I look forward to my twice weekly sessions at Strive because I know it is going to be the best workout in such a short amount of time. Nik and Cam, the owners, are amazing and have worked very hard to create a place where you are challenged but also feel welcomed and cared for. Everyone at Strive makes it a point to learn your name, asks you how you are doing, and generally makes you feel like family. If you are looking for a top notch workout in an engaging and energetic environment, Strive is for you. Highly recommend!
