  We wanted to have our house locks re-keyed. We called in the morning and he was capable to come in an hour and had exceptional customer service. He is by far the most excellent in pricing and service. He provided extra keys and was very supportive. He wasn't bad-mannered at all. I highly recommend him anytime.

  I hired Straus Emergency Locksmith to change out the locks on a new condo I purchased. Exceptional service! He was considerate and punctual and completed the whole thing I asked. These experts are now in my address book and I will unquestionably hire them again and recommend them to all my associates.

  Very pleased with their service. I called and 20 minutes later the guy was here and unlocked my door in minutes. The price is “19$ to send the guy to your place plus the charge for whatever has to be done. When he gets there he will see and tell you the total before he does any work.” To pick my bedroom door lock it was 95$, plus the 19$ for him just arriving to me, the total was 114$. They know you’ll pay anything when you’re desperate. I’m just happy this was so efficient.

  We called this locksmith service for assistance with installing an electronic keypad on our residence office. He arrived and not simply custom fit it, but returned to check again it the following week. His on the whole skill and professionalism were on top of and beyond.

  Locksmith Company was awesome, did an excellent job for me. Rekeyed and added a deadbolt. I was very happy for the work done and his professionalism. I have no problem recommending his work and making contact with him back to my house for more work If I need it.
