::The owner is not a good dentist and has a pretty big ego. Refuses to go over x-rays and gets an attitude when you mention looking at other dentists for a 2nd opinion.. He consults you in a way to make you have the most amount of appointments instead of doing a quality job. I highly dissuade anyone from coming her unless you DON’T value your teeth. They’re many other quality dentists to choose from in this area and this is not one of them.

::If I could leave zero stars I would! I really enjoyed going to Dr Stoute up until last year . To be clear the dentistry was great but the front desk is HORRENDOUS! There have been a few offenses so I will list them in order . 1) I took my daughter out of school to come for a cleaning, and when we arrived, I was told that my insurance is no longer accepted . This was a huge convenience because I had not only driven an hour plus but my daughter also missed half of a school day and the receptionist told me that she sent me an email to inform me about this insurance issue . Of course I checked my email and there was no email to be found. Lying to your customers is an unacceptable! I requested my records and was told I would receive an email ALSO never received the email . 2) I ended up calling the office six more times…. yes six times to receive my records and was told the number of things . The “machine was down “, “ Email wasn’t working” that they would “call me within the hour” or that they “already sent the records” … ALL LIES. 3) Today, I had to take the day off of work and drive over an hour to request the records in person. When the receptionist heard my name, her demeanor immediately changed. She did not once apologize or anything . Then she had the audacity to say that I could just get new x-rays done as if I didn’t need my X-rays ! I politely informed her that I’m not going to go out of my way and take a day off of work, or pull my children out of school to have x-rays done with my new dentist when they were literally on her computer and all she had to do was send them to me . Unacceptable, unprofessional, and not a way to treat people who are customers . Dr. Stoute needs to train his front desk staff better because this is very poor behavior. Your front desk is the first line of people they see when someone comes into your establishment and you have people working there who have attitude problems are liars and are not willing to do their job.

::My experience at Stoute Dental has been excellent. When you first walk in I am always greeted with a smile. The services are so caring and professional. They really make me feel comfortable and happy. I am so happy with the work they perform. The end result has changed my smile.

::Asked the front desk Spanish lady if the dental network program was a cheaper option, she lied and said they don't take that. Had me sign up for a $350 2 time visit fee. Absolutely unprofessional. Try finding a better way to pay for rent! NOT RECOMMENDED!

::I have finally found a dental office I feel that I can trust! Dr. Stoute and his staff are friendly, attentive and the procedures are pain free! They helped me get my smile back amd for that I am grateful and thankful.
