  Always friendly and helpful. It's tucked in off a deadend alley rather than the main street which gives you some privacy and keeps unwanted guests from poking around for the most part.

  Horrible experience ! They lost my keys, and then gave me a hard time to close the storage when I want to move out! Ps I lost my time driving from Southern California to San Francisco , 8 hour drive! So sad

  I signed in with StoragePRO for the central location and convenience, 2-3 years forward, I feal that I made a good choice as I come to appreciate the clean, secure facility and a streamlined process and system. I hasten to add that I dealt with around 3 members of management over the last 2-3 years and I found them to be experienced & helpful and genuinely dedicated to Customer Service. I will continue to use StoragePro and I won't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, clean and central storage facility.

  A few years ago I switched to StoragePRO Self Storage, from another storage place here in San Francisco, and I've been happy with my decision. The staff is helpful and polite. The location is in an area where I feel safe going to by myself (I am a woman.). The building both inside and outside are kept very nicely. I would very much recommend to anyone. Stefanie S.F., CA
