::They never answer the phone and don't care about the customers. They want to sell me stuff. They didn't wanted to work with me they have a scam going there they'll tell you that they only have one large one available the most expensive one and tell you that they don't have any little ones there to get you in a bite and agreed to pay it for 2 weeks until they have another one available they never have another one available and your end up paying for the large expensive one and never get a small one and then they just get you behind until you lose your stuff and they end up keeping it. I don't recommend this place at all. RUN!!! My friends lost their stuff too. They had their stuff there for two months and lost everything that's sad how this people work. They lost a lot of things..

IF YOU OWN $20 DOLLARS THEY ARE GOING TO SELL YOUR STUFF FOR A THOUSANDS DOLLARS THAT PLACE IS NOT FOR YOU TO PUT TO YOUR STUFF IN A SAFE PLACE THAT PLACE IS FOR TO KEEP YOUR STUFF AND SELL IT AND MAKE A LOT OF THE MONEY WITH YOUR STUFF LIKE THEY DID WITH MY STUFF.. DONT GO THERE OR WILL LOSE EVERYTHING..

::DO NOT RENT HERE!!! They will screw you out of money and do not care about the property or the customer just the money. The property also has a lot of problems with theft and the units leak! They are also never there to make a payment. If you are looking for a cheap unit check public storage daily as their rates changed based on vacancy!

::Bottom line: significant water damage in the storage unit due to their negligence, a hole in the ceiling. I moved out on 5 days notice. They are insisting I pay for the entire month. The nitty-gritty details: I showed up Sat. Dec. 5 in the afternoon to pay my bill , when a new employee I had never seen before tried to tell my unit was being foreclosed on. I had made payments every month and was current on my rent. Then she admits to me the previous staff was embezzling from them. They lost hundreds of thousands of dollars. Despite the fact she knew their former employee had seriously screwed up the books, it took 3 hours to get it partially straightened out. I have audio recordings. So I get into the unit and discover the water damage. I try to move out and get my money back. She says I need to be out by Dec. 8 or 9. I get my stuff moved out by scheduled close of business on the 9th. They are also raising the rent by about 25%, just because they can. The previous manager had sworn up and down they would never raise the rent. Definite bait and switch, after I invested the time, energy and money to move in. I spoke with the new manager who says they have no way of knowing if the water damage was preexisting. Essentially they are trying to say I my stuff was water damaged when I moved in and then I proceeded to leave it untreated in the unit for 5 months. I also have pictures showing the mold still on the walls nearly a month after I moved out. No return contacts from the manager, supervisor or owner despite the fact I was promised a return contact.
