  Prices were high but there were many sales. The pharmacy leaves a lot to be desired. The. Pharmacist there was rude and callous when dealing with my prescriptions. He made comments about a discount drug for those without insurance or poor coverage as a waste of his time and profit. Unless he owned the drugstore of this chain of stores why would he even have to respond the way he did? It was humiliating. I even asked if their was something I could to facilitate it. He, abruptly, said "no".. Never again!!!

  Stop & Shop is a very good place to shop. The Stop & Shop in Shirley New York needs a better meat case. They need better butchers in the Stop & Shop in Shirley. Don't go there if you're looking for me very little. Other than the start is good

  We have the app so you can scan and bag your items as you go. So convenient. Then when you go to self checkout, you just pay and go! They usually have good sales and the produce is good. A bit higher prices but you always find what you need.

  Got my 94 year old mother salami, provolone, olives, and heineken's for Mother's Day. She was very happy!

  This one is neat and clean store. They have a good Bakery section and we liked their birthday cakes. Fresh vegetables, fruits. Good frozen food collection. They have smaller pharmacy section. Have recycling bottle/can machine outside the store.
