  The staff are rude and don’t ever help. I will be editing and posting the guys name on here who was doing all he could to avoid helping me. So I was looking for a product and he didn’t even check and said “yea we don’t have it if it’s not there” none of the employees want to help with customer service. By far the worst. One person at the “help desk” named Steph was helping me by calling another store and she was left on hold for 20+ minutes. Till I couldn’t wait anymore due to the fact I was going to be late to work. Who is the manager at this location? Why is he/she hiring these kids that don’t do their job? They walk about the store on their phone and act as if they don’t hear you when you’re calling to ask for help. Also a guy throwing out garbage was yelling out racial slurs (not sure if he was mental challenged or what) but the all the staff in that area were laughing. I didn’t find it funny actually, found it being pretty offensive no one said anything to him. I will write a letter to corporate about my experience at this location. This isn’t the first time having a bad experience here. It was with 4-5 different specific products I went there looking for that I got totally ignored.

  Big, clean supermarket - usually has what I need. There's a bakery, florist, pharmacy, a bank, and a Starbucks - there's self-checkout for when you don't want to deal with anyone. Good sized parking lot.

  This store sometimes has good deals but the staff is careless and doesn't go the extra steps for its customers. Every time I would call up to see if something was in stock they would say yes, I would go there and there was nothing left of the product on the shelves I'd ask someone to check the back and then they did and then still nothing....pure laziness from the manager I spoke to about a product.

  I like this store. They have great sales on items like buy 1 get 1 free on bread, for example. I like that you earn coupons for items that you just bought so you can save the next time tou come. I used to shop at Shop-Rite but they never had good sales or good coupons, only exception is during Can-Can. One thing I like better at Shop-Rite is the way their isles are organized. I feel confused most times at Stop and Shop trying to find the right isle for my items. I've only been going there for a few months so hopefully I'll get better at navigating the isles. The staff is friendly, the store is kept clean, and the lighting is bright. I go there for their good deals. I seem to save a lot.
