  Stony Point Fit Body Boot Camp is not your average gym...it's an incredible fitness family. The members are supportive, encouraging, happy and personable. The coaches are so knowledgeable and motivating and give you personal attention to make sure that you are using the correct form to prevent injury. Also if you have an injury or limitation the coaches are always able to provide alternative movement or modification. This place has not only transformed me physically, but more importantly, mentally... I have learned how to get an amazing workout in minimal time and how to make a healthier food choices by participating in challenges and feel like I now have the tools I need to live a longer and healthier life! The owner John is wonderful and gives 1000+% of his heart to everyone who walks through his doors. Highly, highly recommended!
