  Had my vehicle towed during snow ordinance (I live in a complex) even though I moved my vehicle to the exact location I was supposed to move it to. Terrible customer service, very rude. Would not recommend this company to anyone. I wish I could rate this company zero stars.

  The most horrible experience with this company, cleaning our complex property, negligence in towing vehicles without any attempts to reach owners, negligence in making appropriate effort in notify residence to move vehicles, lack of compassion to residents, negligence in checking for registration stickers which prevent vehicles from towing. Nasty to owners when speaking to them. Shame on this company, will never hire for my own property cleanup or anything else after this experience.
