  Love this place, great staff and great location. They are really nice and have great apartments to live in. Make sure you stop in here and at least look, I don't think you will be disappointed.

  I have lived at the site for two years now and seen many positive changes. Great new management team about a year ago came in and remodeled offices, painted exterior, lite the place up and have much better security including cameras. The kids just got a new play area. Property is clean and affordable. Staff is always friendly. I will be signing a lease renewal soon.

  Been living here over 2 years now & if I am honest it's been the worst!!! My apartment bathroom wall was infested with mold & it took them over 2 weeks to fix! They tore down 2 walls and I was left without a sink while they tried fixing it! The staff in the office is constantly changing and it feels like they know nothing! We reported the mold and showed nasty pictures to the girls in the office and since it was on a Saturday they said they couldn't do anything because they had to have someone come "inspect" my apt till Monday because they weren't sure if it was mold or not, sorry but it doesn't take a genius to determine what mold is, So we had to stay in this nasty moldy place while they "inspected" which was HORRIBLE for our health. Its been fixed now but honestly you guys want to charge your tenants an arm and a leg for roach infested apts/ poor service/ crappy n cheap appliances that constanly break down and take forever to get fixed!! You guys should really worry about your current tenants instead of putting all our money towards your renovations, it's sad that my mother has to walk my niece all around the apts in this weather to take her to school because you guys decided to seal the gates for no reason. I won't complain about the maintenance guys because they've been nothing but helpful unlike management. I bet if they had more helping hands things would get fixed much faster!!!

  I too am a former resident of this roach infested complex. Three months into my 12 month lease I suffered a stroke and spent six weeks in the hospital. At the end of my lease, I made the decision to move close to the Mayo Clinic where I could get the necessary medical care I needed. During the 30 day notice period, while mostly confined to a wheelchair and with only the use of one arm, I cleaned the apartment and carpets better than when I moved in. Surprisingly, I not only lost my deposit, but I received a bill for over $700 with no explanation of the charges. If roaches, shootings and unexplained charges are OK then this is the place to call home!!
