  We went through Home Depot for our counter tops and when we've tried to interact with Stone Systems, they've been nothing but hostile and confrontational. From their "greeting" on the phone you can tell they don't want to be bothered and when you start asking questions about potential scheduling times for templating, production, and installation it quickly goes even further down hill. If you can help it, avoid this company, they make it patently obvious that your project isn't important to them. I'm not asking for them to bend over backwards, but feigning interest and some common courtesy would actually go a long way with this company.

  Had some issues but the end result is beautiful they do nice work and kitchen expo was very helpful with any issues we had

  Stone systems provided us with wonderful service from initial measurement to installation. Their personnel couldn't be more helpful. Would gladly recommend them

  Stay away from this company, promised for 2weeks and now it’s 2 1/2 and never got any phone call not responding to emails promised to call me back 24 to 72 hours never did, expensive and worst service in the stone industry

  I have to disagree with some of the other reviewers. I had a great experience with Stone Systems. It does take some time to get the counters finished and installed. Whenever I called they always called me back. I went down to Mt. Kisco to pick out my piece and came at lunch time. I told them I would go eat and come back. They were so happy that I had patience that they went out of their way to help me pick out my piece. I absolutely love my counters and the install went smoothly. I would definitely use them again. The only con I have is the sink is a new snap in kind and they didn't use silicone under the lip and you can't get the sink out once it is in. Maybe with granite you don't need it though. Other than that they were very professional.
