  Ideal yoga experience--professional instructors, big clean space, great variety of classes, good parking... what more could you ask for? Plus, they always offer modifications for people with health issues or physical limitations. No yogi left behind! There are also classes for a more advanced practice, so there's something for everyone here. Charlotte is like the Yoda of Yoga. Any class with her is an enlightening experience. Recently, I've been taking classes with Renee and she brings her own style and personality which has been wonderful. I'm sure all the instructors are of the same high caliber. I'd recommend this place to anyone and everyone interested in any level of yoga practice.

  I have been practicing yoga for about 5 years at The Stone Center. The studio is clean, warm and inviting. Charlotte and all the yoga teachers are great. The classes are suited for all ages and all levels of practice. I am hooked! Namaste
