::This place is phenomenal. Four stars for the casual airplane that passes over. Mind you I was here during the day so the ambience at night might be better. Overall atmosphere is 10 out of 10

::Late Yelp Post(11/10/2016): Upon entering, you your faced with a beautiful waterfall-fountain behind the hostesses. The inside dining area is surprisingly large, enough to fill a bridal banquet. The outdoor area is what all the fuss is about. With pebble-like sand and rock pathways to complement the bamboo and spruce woodlands, surrounding the outside bar, the patio attributes a welcoming haven with cheerful vibes. I always feel like I'm entering a zen garden or sanctuary. Their entrees are always decedent and their beer selection is up to par, especially being an IPA lover. I always end buying something from their store (ie clothing, glass cups)

::This review if for the food only. The beer is excellent, with a wide variety of high quality selections. This restaurant has a great outdoor space that is family friendly, the kids menu is populated with overly complex dishes. For example the children's mac and cheese has truffle oil, a great touch in an adult mac and cheese for a child a complete and total waste of truffle oil. The "hamburger" on the kids menu is a vegetarian hamburger. That is not a hamburger. The kids pasta has a butter sauce, a mound of goat cheese, arugula, and a well flavored sausage. I loved it, the kids made puking noises and said it stank of farts. Top it of with the news that they do not have French fries. Fortunately, there is s burger place nearby that takes to go orders and has great french fries. Will come back for beer, but will eat elsewhere. Fantastic location, great outside patio, huge space lots of fun things for kids to do, safe, clean, and hip. Excellent service.

::Stone Brewing is a very nice but pricy place to enjoy a dinner. The interior including the garden / outside area is modern and very stylish. I enjoyed the open flames and water plays / ponds a lot. The food never disappoints and the beer speaks for itself. Downside is the almost constant noise of airplanes taking off from San Diego Airport. I can recommend the New York Strip or the lamb pasta. Both very delicious.

::If you’re a beer lover in the San Diego area you most definitely want to make this a must do. It’s Stone so you know their beer game is on point. They have a substantial tap selection with beers brewed on site, at their Escondido location as well as beers belonging to guest taps of other breweries. I tried a handful of beers during my visit and was not disappointed in any of them. But it turns out they also know how to cook. The mole short rib was so good I had to hold myself back from licking the mole sauce off the plate. Unfortunately the tamale was a little cold when I got it. For the price this shouldn’t have been an issue. The staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. And the space is something to see for yourself. The garden is gorgeous and the inside space is pretty awesome too. I will definitely be stopping by again next time I’m in the area.
