  I should have posted this review 6 years ago but hey, they still deserve it! I spent thousands of dollars with them for bathroom and kitchen fixtures, my complaint is the the receipt was void of any manufacturer name or model #. Instead they use vague descriptions and weird internal skews. At the time I complained and they provided "some" of the info. Now, years later when I need to service these things I don't know what manufacturer to call or the model I have! Example from my receipt; Thermostatic tub and shower, hand shower. Item code "misc" price $1405 What a pisser, you spend good money for quality items and have this happen to you. Hopefully by now this place has new management but my tip to you is make sure your receipt properly identifies what you are buying!
