::It was just before 11 am and most places were not open yet and we saw this cute little restaurant and bar on the corner that had their “open” sign on so we stopped in. Apparently they have another location in Colorado Springs as well. Immediately when we walked in the door the staff welcomed us and said we could sit wherever we wanted. They were having a beef stew special for lunch which I had and my husband had the charcuterie tray. We also had a couple cocktails. The staff is so nice and welcoming and the food was delicious. I would highly recommend this place. Also because it’s right on the corner it’s great people watching for all the people walking by on the sidewalk. Servers Rain and Amber were so friendly!!

::This place has unmatched immaculate vibes. Bring a book and have a cozy read session. Try the coffee cocktails and the delicious cinnamon roll. Best cinnamon roll, nostalgic to arroz con Leche y limon. Hailey and Will are amazing bartenders/baristas. I have fallen in love with May, best kitchen staff, made and plated our cinnamon roll and it was to die for. 10/10 recommend.

::Love that Stir has a downtown location! The vibe is great, the staff super friendly and the food excellent. The hummus plate was super tasty, the cheesecake was too large for one person.

::Love it here!!! Such a great addition to downtown! And now we can get our coffee past 3pm! They also have great cocktails, a nice wine selection, good food and amazing staff! Definitely recommend stopping here any time of day. There’s something for everyone!
