  I found this salon through MindBody app and got a cut with Kristin Aronson. I came in with a picture of what I wanted. I was very impressed with her thoughtfulness to my request and had an honest conversation about what was possible and we met in the middle so I knew what I was going to leave with. She executed what we agreed upon beautifully. I scheduled my return visit upon leaving, not something I often do at hair salons! $85 + tip well spent.

  I did some research before I made a decision to go to Stilisi and get extensions put in by a “master stylist.” I have been going there for about a year and was being provided with a very expensive service. I was schedule to get my 3rd set changed out again. I have spent thousands of dollars on services and tips. Today I had an appt at 11am. I live about 45mins away and my son had an allergic reaction this morning so at 8am I called and left a message and emailed them. I just got a $100 charge because it wasn’t within the 24hr window. And it is not about the $100-please. It is the principle that I legitimately needed to cancel. When I called to discuss I was told the owner and stylist would discuss this and call me. The owner did call me and said that there would be no exception and the stylist lost out on clients because of me. I will never go back and the stylist was such a poser and fake and acted like she was a friend. Then she puts this hardball $100 charge. Good luck if you book an appt here and then cancel. Customer service there sucks.

  I went in with a very rough dye job and unflattering bangs from a previous place. I did my research and found Stilisti, and specifically Ali. She was absolutely wonderful to work with! She dramatically changed my hair! I now have a beautiful color that I had oringally been going for and my bangs are so much more flattering!! Not only was she professional but she made me feel beautiful and I am extremely pleased with my experience here. I HIGHLY recommend Ali to everyone, she is truly an artist with hair. She makes sure your hair flatters you. Again, I can’t praise Stilisti and Ali enough. I will definitely come here from now on.
