  This salon is wonderful, the shampoo and head massage was amazing! Laura is a very experienced colorist who is highly educated on the entire process. My hair always looks fantastic. Wish I looked like this everyday.

  They sent me a letter, offering a free consultation and haircut because I recently moved to the neighborhood. I made an appointment actually more to get some consultation and maybe a trim. I got stuck behind the train and I got a VM from them. I called immediately after it was only 10 mins after my appt time. The lady told me that it is already been 15 min and argued about the time while I was checking the exact time on my phone. Anyways she said that she'd wait for 5 more mins only because she wants to go!!! I got there and she sit me and she didn't even spent any time for consultation. I told her to just trim my hair and then I saw she started straightening my hair!! I asked if she always cuts hair dry, and she said no normally I cut the hair wet, but we don't have time now, so I just straighten it and then cut it!!!! And there was no other customers or anyone waiting. I told the lady that it's ok if she is in hurry I can make another appointment. But she said that she won't make any free appointments again! It was very interesting that this salon sends mails to give them a try, and in return you get such unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. I won't trust them with my hair at all. They are willing to give a very bad haircut with dry hair just because they don't want to spend 20 more mins or make another appointment.
