  Lovely store. Beautiful furniture and housewares with loads of options for customization. I saw a famous HGTV designer while I was there. So you know it's good right? ;)

  I went in looking for a pretty bedside table. I had already visited Pottery Barn, Restoration Hardware, West Elm and had not found a single item that would work. Finally I trekked from Chapel Hill to Cameron Village in Raleigh and walked into Steven Shell Living. Wow! The store was filled with interesting pieces of furniture, in lots of colors, and each had a great price. Found the perfect side table, bought it and they loaded it into my car. Easy, affordable, and stylish!!

  I am beyond pleased with my experience at Steven Shell. The store was well laid out, the selection was incredible and the store associates were incredibly helpful but not pushy. I ended up buying two different pieces of art. And I will definitely be back for furniture in the future.

  Fabulous store. I used to shop the store in mt pleasant and so glad to have it in Raleigh. Great furniture, lamps, etc... at very fair prices. My favorite store in Raleigh...

  Spoke with Steven himself, we had been looking for a good solid kitchen table and his collection looks and feels great. The table we bought is solid mahogany out of Indonesia and was the similar price but cheeper than a Klaussner table we looked at yet, much better style and quality. You can custom pick the colors and all but the floor model was perfect for us in this case!
