  Besides being convenient (15 steps from the 36th Ave N or W train, or 2-hour meters around the corner on 33rd Street.), this dentist is great. I've been going here for over 20 years for a reason. Most importantly, he really cares about what he's doing. Some examples: * When he gives an injection he first numbs you with a topical solution so the needle doesn't hurt too much (let's be honest; it has to hurt a little.) Then he very slowly gives the injection so you barely feel it. * He doesn't rush the work. When he fills a tooth or does a crown he spends a long time making sure that it sits just right. * He doesn't push the most expensive procedure but lays out the options. * He doesn't judge. When I first went to him I had a lot of plaque. Instead of lecturing me as some dentists do he laid out a plan to save my teeth. And it worked. * He's genuinely a nice guy and actually takes the time to listen to what you have to say.
