::Worst online store and service ever!!! They don't update the size availability properly and then cancel your purchase after hours. Of course AFTER they've already charged you the money and then being like "oops, we're sorry". I highly recommend not ordering from there, nor visiting one of their NYC stores. I once found an A.P.C. sweater on sale there which turned out to be out of last year's season. Bu they sold it as "winter 2015" and still charged over $250 for it! Bloomingdale's or the the actual designer brand stores have a much better service and also better deals when it comes to sale seasons. Spare your time and avoid Steven Alan.

::A welcomed addition to the UWS. I am a big fan of the button down shirt so I'm always stopping in here for a new pattern - they have tons and are always updating their selection. The prices are not as crazy as the stores downtown but not so cheap either. The other items in the store are cute but there are not many choices or sizes available since it's an outpost. The customer service varies widely based on who's working but I've never had a BAD experience... some people are just more helpful than others.
