  More of a “hands-in-pocket” and “if-its-not-there-we-dont-have-it” mentality. Also: everything BOGO 50%...except this and this and this. Guys...everything means everything!! Shoes nice...staff...needs to be send home immediately. Very disappointed.

  Horrible Customer Service!!!! They have no sense of urgency and concern. I purchased some shoes last Wednesday via phone and they were promised to be sent overnight to me. Get back on Monday and still no shoes. Grant it, they had bad weather which possibly caused delay. So, on Monday I called and a gentleman answered the phone and just outright unprofessional. He answers on speakerphone and tells me he can't hear me! Really?? After advising him that the more professional thing to do would be to pick up the phone. I then explained my concern. He called back and said that the package was at UPS warehouse and would be sent out on yesterday. Low and behold, I went to track the package again today and there is no data. I called and the same gentleman answered the phone. He placed me on hold for about 7 minutes before coming back and telling me that UPS lost the package and he was seeing if another store could overnight them to me and he would call me right back. Not to sure that it was ever picked up from the store as I seen no scanning in processed on UPS end. Well, its 2 hours later and I have yet to hear back from him. This has been by far the worst experience I've ever received shopping at Steve Madden. As a result of their negligence to resolve in a timely manner and sense of concern - you can rest assure after I finish getting this resolved...this experience with Store 516 has warranted a DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

  Walked into the store to browse. Heard the employee ask if someone needed any help today. She was looking the other direction towards another customer, so I didn't respond. The employee promptly says out loud, "On top of everything else today, I suppose everyone in here is deaf too!" I think this was highly inappropriate and I promptly walked back out.

  I had such a great experience at this store. The customer service was incredible!!! Shayla was so kind really helped me pick out the best shoes for me. 10/10 would recommend.

  Shayla is one of the most amazing people I've encountered at a store. She made my experience so much better and really helped me choose the right pair of shoes. Love her, if I could give more stars I totally would! Will be back ASAP!
