::I think monkeys could do a better job than the people at this office. When we wanted to cancel our policy, they cancelled my Father-In-Laws instead. NO, my husband is not a JR and NO, we do not live in the same town. When we call to get it straightened out, there wasn't even an "I'm sorry for the mistake" or "What can I do to correct the problem?". Nothing. Then they send my Father-In-Law a check (still wrong!) and never even bothered to call to say they still can't get it right! It's been about a month and it still isn't correct! AWFUL!

::I switched my auto insurance policy from USAA to Steve Klinzing's office because they gave me a better rate. I couldn't believe the personalized service I got from Steve, Lori and the other very professional, yet friendly agents in his office. They really are "like a good neighbor", glad I switched to Steve's State Farm Agency.
