  Salesperson outright lied to is and our neighbors about when the new section of the subdivision would go on sale. Also lied about the cost of the new lots versus the old lots. Were not particularly helpful in regards to fixing problems. The wiring in the attic is a mess! Terrible drainage I'm the backyard. Substandard grass sod. We do not recommend Steve Hawkins Homes.
