  A total disgrace!!!!!! I came here because I needed physical therapy for my knee. I walk with a cane and am not the most steady on my feet. I also suffer from fibromyalgia, carpal tun el, and a number of other physical conditions (duh!!!!!! I was referred for physical therapy!!!!!!!). Walked into the office. Total chaos!!! Patients dashing in and out, charging up to the desk left and right, two women who I thought were patients having a LOUD conversation in the waiting room but who then just got up and left (?!?!?!), someone (patient? Doctor?) in one of the treatment rooms carrying on....a veritable asylum!!!!! I'm handed a clipboard and asked to fill out about 10 sheets' worth of information--no table to rest on. I have a LOT of meds and a LOT of surgeries...AND I have carpal tunnel (hey--I'm there for PT, duh!!!!) so my arm starts to go numb writing everything. Suddenly out of nowhere pops some brisk therapist who barks, "So, you're done?" No, my arm has gone numb. "Well. I need you now. What! Don't you have a med list?!?!? Why not?!?!?! That would make your life SO much easier!!!!!" Yes, I'm sure it would, but I don't, and my arm's numb, and I can't finish filling out this paperwork until the feeling comes back. You see, I have health issues, DUH, I've been referred for PT!!!! Well this just ENRAGED little Miss Efficient Therapist. She GRABBED the clipboard from my hands and stated "Come on, you'll have to just TELL me about everything that's going on with you"--but then RETURNED when she noticed that I hadn't signed the insurance forms (very important!!!!!!). I tried to follow her back to the treatment room but got MOBBED by a bunch of other patients caroming out from other treatment rooms. Did she try to help me? NOOOOP!!!!!!!! When I got back to the (shoddy and horribly run-down treatment roo m) she started examining my prescription. "Hmmmm, says here you need PT for your knee; so why are you telling me your arm is numb?" OMFG lady, where did you get your medical degree--Cracker Jack box?!?!?!?! I advised her that SURPRISE!!!!!!! It's possible--and even PROBABLE--for individuals with certain conditions like arthritis and fibromyalgia to suffer in MULTIPLE parts of their bodies!!!!! At that point I had had ENOUGH!!!! I turned and walked out. I wouldn't take a DOG to see this charlatan!!!!! And neither should you!!!!! Steer clear!!!!! I don't know who or what these people are, but--I have a feeling they aren't legit. The front office is brimming with vitamins and supplements (and people traipsing in and out to buy them--they'Il knock ya over if you're not careful!!!!), the treatment room looks like something out of a 1940's film set, and the NOISE LEVEL rivals JFK at rush hour. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!
