  Easy to bank with and focused on the customer. My business has banked with the branch on Jackson Ave since before it was Sterling and we've always had a great experience. Even as staff has changed their customer service hasn't. Unlike other banks, Sterling seems to have policies that make it easy for the employees to provide great customer service. Their employees are committed to engaging with the community a well. So it's not uncommon to see someone from the bank at local community meetings and events. That's not something you'll find in another bank.
