  They have everything you'll need! Just renovated so for the current moment they're out of a lot of products but hopefully after Pesach they'll be fully stocked. Customer service is amazing, they will toivel and deliver your purchase for no extra cost! They also do Amazon price matching, but you need to speak to Simcha the manager.

  יש מגוון טוב של מוצרי אלקטרוניקה שמתאימים במיוחד לתיירים - כמו בטריות נטענות, שנאים, ואוזניות. המחירים יקרים יחסית אם כי במוצרים הפשוטים אין הבדל משמעותי. כרגע המקום עובר שיפוץ מקיף כך שבזמן הקרוב חוויית הקנייה תהיה נעימה יותר. קרוב לזמן החגים נפתחת במקום גם מכירת אתרוגים.

  I recently purchased a major appliance from Sterling Electronics and have only got headaches for it. I paid over $100 for installation when the appliance was delivered obviously expecting a proper installation. However, a short while after it was installed the machine started acting up and gradually stopped working altogether. After contacting whirlpool numerous times and having them send over technicians 6 times (!) they finally discovered that the problem was with the installation. (Whirlpool takes no responsibility for faulty installation, and therefore the technicians didnt check for it). At this point the natural thing would to expect that Sterling Electronics would have the minimum decency to return the money paid for installation. Yet as of today, they have expressed no remorse and have refused to refund the fee. Why anyone would shop here mystifies me. One can shop online with a professional company and receive actual customer service. Even if one wants to shop in store, one can go down the block to Kettle & Cord. The only thing you will get here is expensive pricing and a total lack of customer service in any form.

  Great selection of consumer electronics and major appliances. Helpful and knowledge staff. Multilingual with Hebrew and other languages.
