  Takes advantage of the elderly! Took a deposit on a boiler part! $650.00 lies that it's on order,never returns calls ! Now all his numbers are disconnected! What a piece of garbage !

  Thorpe demanded advance payment in full and their work dragged on, taking months to complete due to lame excuses (head-colds, only able to get parts on a specific day). We were promised a rebate for the excessive estimate and were manipulated by being told that a refund was to be mailed, dropped into our mailbox, etc. We filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and nothing has happened yet. Shoddy corrupt management that acts as if they are doing you a personal favor by allegedly giving you a lower price (and then asking that you not mention this to your neighbors, as they would insist on having the same price break!). They fail to keep their promise by refunding us for estimated work not done after weekly calls for several months now.
