  I called three times and each time they said they will get back to me to confirm if they accept my insurance. Guess what? They didn't. If you are in such business you need to have friendly receptionist who are willing to help people when they are in pain. I'm not trying to get a free service from you!! Client doesn't need to be chasing you to see if you accept insurance, let them know one way or other.
