  John, the Sales Manager of the Paramus store, is outstanding. I purchased an Essex 123S and I received the same excellent service as if I had purchased a $100,000 concert grand. Steinway stands by their craftsmanship.

  My granddaughter and I visited the Paramus showroom last week and were greeted there by Ms. Aislyn Magrys. I was upfront that we were not interested in buying a piano at this time and were merely looking, She was the most pleasant and open person you could wish, yet extremely knowledgeable and competent in her conversation. She actually gave my grand-daughter a "miini-lesson" at the piano which thrilled her greatly. I don't know when we'll be buying a piano, but if at all possible it will be a Steinway because of the impact that Ms. Magrys made on both of us.

  Salesman is very rude, hangup phone for questioning, I guess that I asked for rent instead of financing to purchase. Honestly tell you, do not bother to buy piano from this store. The attitude tell me that the store is dishonest and money driven. If you end up spend a lot more to get poor piano, you shall feel sorry for not reading this review before handing over credit card to the salesman. Please trust me, do not bother to deal with this store.
