  Amazing 5 star service. I always wonder if real people are writing these or hired guns. I am an extremely satisfied customer who recently purchased a rebuilt steering column for my food truck. Sally, who answers the phone, is extremely knowledgeable about steering columns and was very knowledgeable about my particular vehicle, which made the entire process very easy. But anyway, my steering column arrived on time, as promised, but was damaged during shipment by UPS. It was packed safely and superbly so it was clear to me that it was just mishandled because the box was a bit out of square when it arrived. Columns Galore immediately shipped me another column so I could get my job finished as soon as possible, no questions asked. I sent them the pictures and there is a claim against the shipping company but my new column arrived and I was able to get it installed even before the damaged one was even picked up by UPS. They are so helpful and accommodating. Customer service seems to be hard to come by these days, sad, I know, but this company is outstanding. I would definitely recommend to anyone!

  Could not find a steering column for my 1978 Ford F100 so I sent it to their company for a rebuild. My steering column was in bad shape. It took them about a week and a half to get it repaired. When I received it I was amazed because I was figuring they would only replace the bad parts but every part of the column was replaced down to the wiring harness and the turn signal switch. I was very impressed with their work and so was my mechanic. He wanted their number so he could let his customers know if they need service. Spoke with them about 3 times on the phone. They were very courteous . Will most definitely use them again when needed. Thanks guys for the awesome service.

  I would certainly give more stars if they were available. My experience with Columns Galore has been more than I expected - the column they sent me fit perfectly; is working perfectly; and I and my mechanic are very, very satisfied! they have been very helpful when I have called, and gone "over the top" with their service. It is good to find a company that truly believes in customer service (and very fair pricing) and followed through on their every promise. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone needing steering column issues resolved - quickly and efficiently! Thank you, Columns Galore for a job well done!!!!

  Columns Galore was one of the best experiences I have had in my 40 years of automotive repair. They were prompt, reliable and professional. On top of that they were reasonably priced. The whole experience was top notch and well thought out, I especially liked the core return process no fuss no muss. I especially want to compliment Sally who went out of her way to help me out.
