::Fantastic flavor on the matcha lattes, good coffee and tea, they have almond milk and soy milk, and several options for gluten-free pastries. Also, the atmosphere inside and outside are both good for work, reading, meeting with friends. Good quality WiFi too.

::Fabulous! Very quick service. My only complaint is that there was nowhere to sit because tons of people were parked in there with laptops and they were each taking their own table. Maybe consider a communal table for wifi use?

::I was really excited to try this place, but unfortunately, my first visit today will be my last. I travel to Europe often and I always offer tea to friends when I visit. I found Steep Tea after searching Denver for places that stock tea made by The Tea Spot... For those who don’t know, The Tea Spot originated in Boulder. They carry a variety of flavors. I could have ordered from The Tea Spot but Steep Tea was closer to home. I found three of the five tea flavors I wanted to buy. One flavor had trouble dispensing. When I asked for help, an employee noticed that the dispenser was completely empty so she went to the back to get a new bag. I had some powdered tea in my bag... I asked the lady if I can get fresh tea from the new bag. She immediately grabbed my bag, dumped out the powdered tea and poured some new tea leaves into my bag without saying a word. It was done with a touch of attitude. Extremely unpleasant and awkward. I’m sorry but if I’m buying these expensive tea leaves as presents for my friends in France, I don’t want to give them a bag with crushed powder leaves. I should have left without buying anything, but I don’t have time to look for a new place. I spent $70 for three bags and passed on buying a drink for myself to try. I am giving three stars because the new cashier had a friendly and welcoming attitude. If this cafe hires more people like him, I will consider buying from them again.

::The barista was in a great mood. They had homemade Pop Tarts which were amazing. And my drink came out quickly. I like this place.

::I visit Steep at least a few times a month (and have for the past six years). I love the location and the food and tea are always delish, but the service has really changed in the past few years. A few years ago, every team member would smile and engage in natural, genuine conversation. They obviously enjoyed what they were doing and made an effort to know their customers and regulars. Now, I only see two team members make a consistent effort to provide great service (the store manager and the girl with lighter brown, long hair). I know the definition of customer service appears to be changing in many places, but I was surprised to see it from my favorite tea spot.
