  I have been going to Jarrod and his Salon since the begininning of time, he and his team are the best i have ever seen. The level of standards, knowledge, and just pure making you feel like you are one of a kind and special is above and beyond. Jarrod/Lena keep doing what your are doing. Cant wait for next appt!!

  I have been getting my hair and beard cut from Jarrod for the past year now, and I couldn't be happier! The entire crew at Steel + Lacquer is friendly and experienced, and upon arrival, you'll always be offered water, coffee, or tea. Jarrod has upgraded my grooming style and is always open to changing it up to keep me happy. I highly recommend this place, but if you're trying to get an appointment with Jarrod, be sure to book online about a month in advance.

  Finding the perfect hair stylist in a city saturated with so many options is no easy task. I've done my share of salon/barber jumping and have found myself settling time and again. I found Jacob at Steel & Lacquer through a friend's recommendation and am pleased to finally say I've found my match. I tend to notice every detail and he's just as articulate as I am. I'm also one of those that often want to "change it up", without adding too much time to my morning routine and he's great at suggesting subtle changes that satisfy that urge. The front desk, as well as other stylists, are so hospitable when you walk in (take your coat, tea, etc.) and this doesn't waiver as you transition into a regular. The two owners also work alongside the other stylists and you can see the passion they have stems beyond just that of a business.
