  Worst service at any steak and shake anywhere in the country. Waited an hour for our food which shouldn't have taken anymore than 15 minutes to make since it was about 2am . They supposedly packed it to go even though it was not to go so they made new food but not to quality of steak and shake. Talked to the manager about the food that did come out and she stated that either she could make a new one or take that one away and not charge us . Didn't offer us anything in any way to solve this problem and for us being local and working with the general public and tourists that visit Las Vegas, we are most definitely never going to recommend this restaurant to anyone ever .

  Went over for breakfast this morning. Lots of activity due to some type of media event. Took 10 min to get drinks and place our order. 30 min later still no food. We ended up leaving. Promotion is important but forgetting your customers is a sin.

  Shake nasty made in my experience amazing and I will definitely be coming back to Steak and Shake just cuz this man was so amazing I hope his manager allows him to where the main tag I'm from Chicago and will be back and plan to see Shake nasty again thank you I really enjoyed my time

  While this restaurant is in a seedy hotel, the quality of the food & service is still there. Our waitress, Santana, worked very hard. She was very friendly as well. Overall, I love this chain-restaurant and I would suggest that people attend.

  Great place for the old school burgers, fries, and shakes. They have a signature chili as well that was pretty good other than homemade. Definitely try out the Prime Burger.
