  The apartment and location are great. The only downside was the A/C was not working when we got there. Fixed the next day.

  Soo this was pretty cool. It's an actual apartment that you book as your hotel room There is a bit of song and dance to get in to your room, but in the end its worth it. Will say if your clicker for the garage isn't working. Throw a fit if you have to. It's Atlanta and you'll get a boot on your car just for breathing. There is a 100 dollar cleaning fee that I was pretty heated about, however after seeing the place, it made sense. I'd stay again.

  The. Worst. Model. Ever. Company will not last long. DO NOT STAY if you're looking for peace of mind or staying on business. Worst experience I've ever had, and I travel EVERY WEEK. First, they hit you on the back end with a 116.00 "cleaning fee" which they should just add to the cost of the room. Shady as hell. Just go ahead and double whatever the room is advertised as. Second, they do not receive packages or have any on hand help. Which, if I were to know, I never would of booked. None of this was mentioned until I received their stupid contract 24hrs after I booked. Conveniently, after receiving the contract (that you have to waste your time filling out and send back) where all of this shade is clarified, I'm unable to cancel. Now, I have to pay out the a** to pick up my packages shipped to a UPS office. I can't cancel. The cost of my stay has tripled because of this garbage company's shady business model that they kindly fill you in on after they guarantee your money. Customer service is like talking to an ex girlfriend who's terribly excited about the pain and misery she caused. Completely unwilling to help in anyway. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS AND LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE. DON'T BOOK HERE!!
