  Had an awesome time at this beautiful gem of a museum . It's a very cool place with a great peaceful vibe, with a refreshing collection and awesome customer service. It's a true artist at hearts delight. Will definitely be back!

  Definitely worth traveling off the beaten path to check out. Most, if not all, the art is provided by local Houstonians.

  I've only been here twice, but really valued it both times and am now on their mailing list so should get there more often. There's just one large space - sometimes petitioned up, other times not - so there's just one exhibition at a time. The things they put on are thoughtful, provocative, interesting. Sometimes unsettling, as with the exhibition we saw today on Torture. Free admission, some parking out the front; the people working there are helpful and friendly and will answer any questions you have. Worth a look :)
