I was attending a conference at the Union Station Hotel, and so I had a chance to eat at the Grill twice and enjoy room service once. I enjoyed the Spinach Frisse salad with added grilled chicken first. It had juicy, crunchy bacon cubes, a fried egg on the side, and hot mustard dressing. It may sound strange, but it was delicious! Feeling virtuous, I blew the diet afterwards on the bread pudding for dessert. Best ever! Warm, mapley syrup on brioche pudding with a small swipe of wild berry syrup. Incredible! Second meal was the Spring greens with candied rhubarb and more chicken. The Caesar dressing was good, but the salad barely needed it with the seeds and bits of sweet, crunchy rhubarb. Loved it! For room service I had the crispy chicken sandwich. I skipped the bun, and ate it open face with the hot cheese sauce on top. It was good, but my least favorite meal. I only regret I didn't have time or enough hunger for a larger entree - will definitely try one when I'm back in town. Service was excellent. Prices are on the high side, but the ambiance, food and service warrant what they're asking.

We were privileged to experience a wonderful 11 course meal at the Station Grille Restaurant Saturday night. Our party experienced the delicious creations of Executive Sous Chef Patrick Whitener and his staff. Thank you all for a memorable evening.

Don’t get me wrong food was amazing, there was really only five occupied tables service took way too long and the appetizers came with the main entrée so didn’t really get to enjoy all of the different flavors because we were trying eat everything At once. But food was very flavorful

The food is ridiculously over priced and bland. One item under the "salads & flat breads" heading of the menu was the "root & berry"; received a plate with, and this is not an exaggeration, one each: yellow carrot, purple carrot, beet, and strawberry. The items were quartered and placed in X's on the plate. This is a $13 dish. In their defense when the dish was brought to the table and our disbelief was made clear our server took it off the bill.
