  After shopping around for someone to replace my water heater, I am very glad I went with this company. I had 2 plumbers, Frank and Tom. Both were very polite and professional. I was very happy with their service. They were punctual and didn't kill me with the price. They came in, went to get a new water heater and were back in half an hour and did a great job! Another plus, they cleaned up afterwards. I will definitely call this company again and will ask for then to try and send Frank and Tom. Thank you!!!

  ABSOLUTELY the WORST service you can get. We’ve used them before and price/service was decent. Recently had someone come over to fix a VERY SIMPLE leak, guy was here for less than an hour, maybe 40 min. Charged well over $400! Owner Tony is the worst business person I have ever encountered and this company should be avoided like the plague. You’ve been warned.

  Quick and affordable service. I called them because my toilet was leaking and had a technician in my house an hour later. Would definitely recommend. Thanks again.

  I had a great experience with this company and would recommend them to everyone. I called to have someone come help with my hot water & heating in my apartment and I am so happy I called them. They were so nice to deal with (explained everything to me), their prices were very good and they were very fast and on time. The guys came and with in about 2 hours everything was back up and running like brand new. Thank you Staten Island Plumbing & Heating!

  SI Plumbing & Heating or aka A&A Plumbing (this name is no longer in business according to the Better Business Bureau). Our experience with them includes their mechanics’ unscrupulous business practices of selling heaters to customers whose heating systems he is sent to fix, negligent damages to our home (they caused our ceiling to collapse by bursting pipes in the home) by not draining the pipes or using antifreeze as requested, failure to complete service by leaving the upper level system without heat, and the company charging us an inflated bill including materials four times the retail price.
