  I can't tell you how well their servicing and follow-up are with regards to any of the policies they offer. Lisa Kim (in particular) is outstanding and she has a great understanding of my objectives and goals and tailors a program to my needs. She consistently checks back in once I put a policy in place to ensure all is going well. Thank you so much Lisa and Manny Coby/State Farm!

  Highly recommend this office to anyone needing insurance and banking services. Not to mention that State Farm is a well known and secure brand. Sergio takes care of everything we need and throw at him. He is amazing and goes above and beyond every time. The staff is professional and friendly. Definitely the place to go for worry free service.

  Worst customer service ever. I got new price quotes in the mail literally 10 times month. They cancelled my car insurance without notice and then it was a mistake. Way to much stress and drama for a car insurance company.

  On July 3, I was able to get car insurance, life insurance and rental insurance update with Sergio. He was kind enough to wish me a Happy birthday and give me a High 5 for paying off my vehicle! If i need any other products, I will certainly call him. Thanks for welcoming me to New Jersey!!!
