  Quick answer on the phone, polite front desk, same-day appointment was easy to make. The visit to the clinic itself was smooth and straightforward. Easy to access from the 2/5 trains. Good prices for New York.

  I had an appointment that i waited an hour until i walked since no one even aknowledged i was there. The nurse took my vitals only to then realize she was posting on someone elses chart. Another time they asked me to wait on the male doctor for an appointment he said to give him a second... 7minutes later he asks me what im doing waiting behind him.. super clueless people. They also called me back to say if i got my results for an ultrasound , isnt that something only doctors receive not patients.

  EXCELLENT THE STAFF THE DOCS I took my daughter who is 8yrs and it was an amazing experience she wasn't acared which she usually is because she hates needles the docs made her feel so comfortable she forgot she was sick thank you

  I 've been to the Brooklyn and the Bronx (174 street) locations. The medical assistant's and doctor's are really nice, respectful and always willing to answer any questions and concerns I may have. I feel comfortable because I know that I receiving the best service possible. I will definitely recommend both locations and the company overall.

  I honestly hated urgent care clinics because I had really bad experiences with them. But I finally found my got to place, the best urgent care I’ve ever been too. The male doctor has a great personality, attentive, and very caring. Alexis the nurses is by far my favorite nurse. She’s super sweet, funny, and sympathetic. Overall everyone there is super nice, they’re always dressed with a smile. I highly recommend this clinic.
