  Just had the most pleasurable Urgent Care visit in my 43 years. The staff at the Selden STAT Health location went above and beyond during my appointment. Thank you, thank you,thank you !!

  I have never faced such disrespect before. My boyfriend and I wanted to be seen together and everything was fine till we got called in from Paula, and she refused to let us to be seen together. Even made a big scene about it infront of everyone, after proving to her that couples are able to be seen together and her staff told her yes we are. She finally brought us to a room, inside the room she asked what was the reason for the visit, I said its personal we would like to just talk to the doctor. She then screamed at me stating it's her job to know why we're here before the doctor comes in. I then stated I have come here multiple times and never had such a issue, I'm like clearly we have a issue I would like to leave. She then blocked the door and wouldn't let me leave the room, as I started to yell at her to let me out and get me a new nurse she finally opened the door after blocking it with her whole body and hands. I don't believe this place should be hiring people who are discriminating LGBT lives.

  This is the worst STAT Health I have ever been to. Walked in on a Tuesday with my disabled father to get antibiotics for his infected wound. There was one single person in the waiting room. I was promptly put into an exam room, where I am still waiting, for more than a full hour. THERE IS NOBODY HERE. Incompetence at its finest. Do yourself a favor and drive to the Port Jeff location instead .... much more professional. I will never come here again. Update: The doctor came in. Waited one hour and five minutes ... the visit took less than 5 minutes. We then waited an additional 20. Found the doctor behind the desk chatting with the receptionists. Avoid this place.

  Been here multiple times since they opened, great convenient location. Extremely friendly staff and doctors. Takes patients in promptly and makes you feel lime more than just another number. Great to have in the neighborhood.

  My husband was seen here yesterday by Dr. Schuster for poison ivy. She saw him promptly and was incredibly caring and knowledgeable. She is perhaps the kindest doctor I have been to. She really took the time out to explain what was going on and what to expect. What a great experience! I wish every visit to the doctor was this pleasant. The staff was kind and efficient. I will certainly be visiting this site again. Great to know there is this kind of care available!
