  Food option is great however, customer service can be somewhat of a letdown. It’s understandable when it’s super packed but when it’s not, still, don’t be rude. Food industry should have their employees have good customers service. That’s how you build your regulars.

  It seemed a little chaotic in the restaurant but we were promptly seated at the bar. The ambiance is super cool and friendly with all sorts of local art and tchotchkes adorning the walls. It took awhile to get the food but it was hot, delicious and clearly prepared with care when it arrived. The servers were stressed but they managed to hide it well enough that the service wasn't affected. Overall a great stop on our LB trip.

  The food was fantastic and the staff was really nice. I really enjoyed the French toast since they use a baguette and it was not too sweet. My husband got a bloody Mary and boy do they give you a good amount of crab meat. We really enjoyed coming here and will come to Starling more often.

  This is the perfect neighborhood diner. Sometimes I wish I lived within walking distance, that's how much I love this place. The prices are higher than Denny's, but this is not your standard grand slam breakfast (which I also like). My fave is the roast beef hash and eggs with very scrumptious potatoes. And get there early for the scones, they will sell out for the day, they are that tasty!

  Delicious breakfast! Fresh, creative and tasty. They make a French toast that is to die for. The restaurant is not particularly large, but can accommodate fairly large groups without trouble. Will definitely be eating here again soon.
