  Mobile ordered and my drink still was not ready when I got there. Then after I get my drink it’s made wrong. I asked for them to just take the tons of foam off they put and just top it off. My order clearly said NO FOAM. Then the barista screws up and has to completely make my drink over which was another 5 minute wait. The drink tasted like nothing but soy milk and it didn’t even have the right amount of chai. Drink was made wrong. AGAIN. Barista was obviously overwhelmed. You guys need 2 Baristas to handle the amount of traffic and mobile orders that come in. Take a lesson from Colma. They have it locked down. I should have just gone there like I always do. Every time I make an exception and come here because it’s closer it’s so disappointing. For the price I pay for my drink it should at least be made right. CLEARLY, 1 person and 1 bar is not enough. Not coming here anymore. 👎👎

  Every day is open from four o'clock in the morning, but we go while it is closed. Why waste our time? I am one of the customers who come two days at four o'clock, which is at half past four or five, and it is still closed.

  I orden online but my drink wasn't ready after 30 minutes I ordered them I have to wait another 15 minutes.also I ordered cinnamon dolce latte but I got regular latte and didn't said anything because I don't want wait another 45 minutes. My experience terrible

  Do Starbucks stores really need to be reviewed? It's like reviewing an intersection or your weed dealer from 2000s. It's there and we kinda all go there to buy legal drugs. You'd still wait for your drug dealer even he was late, right? What else are you going to do? Make coffee at home. We're not barbarians.

  On line pick up order at the Starbucks Westlake store…Horrible...nightmare... ordered a grande regular coffee with cream. I put it in the cup holder in my car and just to realized a couple of minutes later it got all over the cup holder. They gave me a defective, leaking TALL cup of black coffee with no cream. Totally not what I asked for. Can even get a cup of regular coffee right,,. OMG then I had to pull over on the road to get rid of the rest of the coffee. Please pay attention to detail. Specially on pick up orders. No assumption should be made. Check the cups for leeks and get the order right. No excuses. I have coffee all over my car....
