::This is probably the most pleasant Starbucks I've ever been to. It's extremely well run, the staff are happy and helpful, and it's so clean. I've spent some time here before appointments and I always enjoy myself.

::I put in a in a mobile order and paid ahead of time, went to the the store to pick it up when the app told me to, and nobody is here. The store is supposed to be open, it’s the start of rush hour on a Monday!

::Extremely busy but extremely fast. When I arrived there was a line nearly to the door but I was still in and out of there in under 5 minutes. Probably not as fast for specialty drinks but quick with a cup of coffee.

::I don’t know what’s happening to Starbucks but I believe I may need to find a new place to visit. This one was dirty as you walked through the front doors. When I went to look at the display case to decide on a snack, there was a gnat flying around. Decided not to buy food. Then noticed some vanilla bean scones still wrapped in their packaging so I asked for two of them. As it turns out, they were stale and no flavor. Service was also slow and there was no one in line. I recognize that these places can get busy but at some point you have to make quality and cleanliness a priority. Won’t visit again.

::With seating inside and out, I was so happy to find an empty table where I could enjoy my Mocha Frappuccino in air conditioned comfort until it was time for my medical appointment in the building. Very nice staff.
