  Sheniza, the lead supervisor at the Kean Bookstore Cafe is racist. The new manager, Joy needs management training. Ryan, the training manager felt his company travels last week and this week was more important than circling back with a ‘daily’ customer that attends University is appalling. This is NOT the standard that Barnes & Nobles corporate location model as explemary Service. I am just glad that all I maintained a record of every email that was left unanswered and every call not returned so that when I speak to the corporate office there is legit proof that Ryan, the manager can not deny. Meanwhile, if Joy makes one more unprofessional attempt in engaging my friend in disparaging dialogue about me, I will have no choice, but to immediately get the bookstore manager directly involved. #STOPBeingRacistTowardsCustomersOfAfricanDecent! #KnowBetter! #DoBetter! #GrowUp!
