  Caffeine at a premium though not top tier quality unfortunately. Either reduce prices to reflect the performance and quality or replace or retrain employees to meet the standards for Starbucks, please good god! if that’s not too much to ask.

  I have never been so rudely treated by Starbucks staff before. I approched two staff unsure about a drink my husband wanted. They thought I was hysterical and were sniggering and talking to each other. The male staff said something I could not hear and the both of them just exchanged looks between them and would not look at me. When I asked if they wanted my business he said he asked me what size I wanted. I told him I could not hear him the first time. I still got the drink for my husband but really should have walked away. Bad experience for a visitor to your beautiful country.
