  The rudest workers. Ordered a venti and a grande and was only charged for two grandes which I did not realize-so I told them never mind. The person making the drinks was extremely rude and then that person and the one who took my order proceeded to talk about me as I left the building. They should probably learn how to talk to paying customers or find a new job.

  I’m visiting Minneapolis for vacation and we came across this Starbucks. The lady who was making coffee made me the best version of my drink I have ever had. I don’t know her name, my fiancé went in and ordered my drink for me.. but girl I love you, thank you! I’m from Washington, and my city has nothin on you!! You’re the best!

  This place is a hit-or-miss. I asked for a pink drink with strawberry puree and white mocha but clearly nothing was put in or barely anything at all because can't taste either of it. I will go far out of my way before I come back and spend my hard-earned money at this Starbucks.

  Very bad service, as usual it starts and started with the store management. Slow, inaccurate and very poor attitude.All the workers looked hung over and cranky, I did not get greeted with a smile at all or thanked for coming in, which is a shame considering the prices asked. I would figure the very first thing would be prompt and friendly customer service. Avoid this location

  Slow and dirty. There was only one gal working up front taking orders and making drinks. She was working as quickly as she could and doing a great job. I felt bad for her. I could hear someone in the back and wondered why they didn’t come help out up front when there were 7 people waiting in line. Our drinks were good and tasted as they should, but this was probably the dirtiest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Overall, just a 3 star rating. “Meh.”
