  I waited fifteen minutes for an asiago bagel with cream cheese. When I politely inquired about it after all that waiting, they snapped at me and said they were working on it, as they proceeded to hand a customer ahead of me in line their asiago bagel. When my bagel came out, they practically threw it at me and didn't even bother to put in the cream cheese. As a barista at a very busy coffee shop in my hometown, I have to deal with a constant rush all the time, and we still strive to give a good experience. I was appalled by the poor customer service these people were giving to these very stressed and weary travelers. If you're gonna get coffee in this part of the terminal, go to Dunkin.

  there is a better starbucks very closeby in the terminal

  Located in the pre security food court. More expensive than regular Starbucks. Rude customer service. The cashier snapped at me when I asked why coffee was more expensive , not mentioning the fact I asked her 3 times because she was talking to her friend while taking my order.

  ..ADORO il cappuccino di Starbucks, il mio preferito è quello al caramello.. in Italia non lo posso bere nei bar perché non c'è disponibilità di farlo fare con latte scremato, ma solo con quello intero che non digerisco.. mentre qui da Starbucks lo fanno con tutti i tipi di latte compreso lo scremato..
